We understand your concerns and we're here to answer some of them.

Question 1: What if I can't use all 5 hours?

The first free 5 hours are meant to be consumed quickly during a day's work to lessen oversight and have instant results provided to you. Only assign urgent, time-specific tasks that would yield results for you RIGHT NOW so you can check our work ethics, reporting, and outputs.

Question 2: What if I don't sign up afterwards?

You still get all your output within the first 5 hours but the work will completely stop when you don't decide on a payment plan to continue working with us.

Question 3: Do you have English and non-English speaking VAs?

All our VAs are conversational in English only. They should be able to provide you best results using this business language moving forward. They are all based in the Philippines so they all have educational and work backgrounds that suit their specialties. They get occasional training with Phil and other providers too so they can upskill and earn more credentials for you.

Question 4: What if I don't like my VA?

Please raise all work-related concerns first with your VA. Part of our SOP is that they handle conflicts and risks as first responder before escalating to their supervisors. We will discuss what concerns were not properly addressed to determine if changing your VA is the perfect course of action. If our investigate warrants this change, we will gladly oblige and get you a new one with no extra charges or operational disruptions.

Question 5: What holidays do you follow?

We all follow PH-based holidays mainly the holy week during March or April (3 days), and Christmas (minimum 1 to 2 weeks). If you want urgent support during these hours, please coordinate with your VA and the supervisor can arrange advance work or lessened hours to cover your needs.

Question 6: What if I have other concerns not covered here?

Our discovery calls usually cover most onboarding needs. We also have regular reports and monthly performance checkups to help ensure your work is being done correctly and adhering to your goals as a company. You will also have a direct line with their immediate Account managers to get the quickest fix ASAP.
